Building Services
HiTech Building Services are designed to complement our cleanroom and laboratory suites as well as providing general heating, ventilation and air conditioning services to other parts of the building such as administrative offices, workshops and support areas. Our engineers install pipework for heating and cooling systems, ventilation ducting and large items of plant such as air handling units and chillers.Our services include the design and installation of domestic hot and cold water services; de-ionised water services; compressed air; vacuum lines and special gases such as Nitrogen and Helium. Electrical power distribution; lighting and emergency lighting; fire detection and alarm systems are also available from HiTech.
Where large items of plant have to be supported, we are able to provide suitable structural steel platforms as part of the overall design.
System controls can be simple electro-mechanical devices or a full computer based building management system (BMS) can be employed such as our standard range of SeaChange controls with graphics layouts for easy site and systems recognition. Where quality control procedures require a more stringent monitoring regimen, our HiTech Data Logger software will overlap the BMS program and provide detailed data recording and alarm handling facilities that are CFR 21 compliant.
Calibrated sensors are a prerequisite for accurate data handling and at HiTech we provide a calibration service for our standard range of BMS sensors.
