Cleanroom Suites
HiTech Cleanroom Suites are designed to meet the requirements of almost every sector of industry and commerce; whether your requirements are for lasers and optics, aerospace or aseptic manufacture, HiTech Controlled Environments will have a solution to meet your specific needs. All our cleanrooms are constructed in accordance with the guidelines given in BS EN ISO 14644-4:2001 Design, Construction and Start-up with any other relevant standards being incorporated into the design concept as necessary; such as the EUGMP for aseptic manufacture.
We provide a complete cleanroom package from design through construction, validation and handover. Our cleanrooms come fully serviced with air conditioning, electrical distribution and lighting as part of the standard package and any other services such as compressed air, de-ionised water and gases can be included to meet the requirements of your specific application. Our standard cleanroom package uses a modular design that is easily assembled on site; materials are non-shedding and washable with static dissipating and chemical resisting properties. Options include suspended or 'walk-on' type ceilings, vinyl finishes, foamed insulation and fire rated panels.
Our standard range of cleanroom suites have proven to be very versatile and suitable for ISO Classes 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9 (class 100 to class 100,000) and are used extensively in pharmaceutical, medical, electronic and optics applications with a high standard of reliability. The cleanrooms also meet the stringent requirements for aseptic environments and comply with the FDA and EUGMP guidelines.
We are also able to provide for classifications above ISO Class 5 and are particularly suited to providing for those non-standard applications that sometimes crop up; we specialise in extremely close control of temperature, relative humidity and moisture content within the cleanroom suite.
