HiTech Controlled Environments Ltd was incorporated as cleanroom consultants,
also offering high quality cleanroom certification, supplies, installation, and
equipment on the 13th June 1997. This was in response to a growing demand for
high quality controlled environments across a wide range of industries. We are
based in St Andrew's Castle at Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk and carry out work throughout
the UK. We are corporate members of The Scottish Society for Contamination Control
and The Parenteral Society. Our services have been independently audited by The
Guild of Master Craftsmen and we have been awarded the coveted Certificate of
Quality and Service, in recognition of the high standards of service you can expect
from HiTech Cleanroom Consultants. Our cleanroom certification services are used
by cleanroom and laboratory professionals throughout the UK to prove their facilities
comply with the various regulations. We also carry out general environmental testing
and surveys for health and safety inspections and provide reports on the effectiveness
of general air conditioning and ventilation equipment. We have calibrated test equipment
for the accurate measurement of temperature, relative humidity, moisture content
and dewpoint, air velocity, air volumes, air quality, airborne particle counting,
lighting levels, fluid flow rates and much more. Other areas include our Laboratories
and Microbiological Containment Suites, which are built to the same exacting standards
incorporated into the design of our cleanrooms but with additional emphasis on
the requirements of The COSHH Regulations; BS EN 12128 and The Advisory Committee
on Dangerous Pathogens. We also offer clean room consultancy and design services,
which are provided free of charge when part of a design and build project, or
on a fee basis. We can provide pipe installation, ducting and electrical wiring,
and air conditioning systems design, including general structural drawings required
for building control and planning applications.
