It will be necessary for the client to provide us with information so that we can provide properly considered advice and/or effect a properly considered design. We guarantee that we will not pass on confidential information such as building plans, security and process specifics to third parties without written permission from the client; however, certain project relevant information will have to be shared with suppliers if competitive prices are to be obtained, or with other consultants where we must seek outside advice and we reserve the right to be able to do this without consultation.

We will not give out contact details or any other corporate information pertaining to the client but we do reserve the right to record and store such information in our own database for our own use within HiTech Controlled Environments Ltd.

To aviod the risk of inadvertantly passing on confidential or commercially sensitive information, it is not our policy to take prospective clients to see cleanrooms in the same industry as that of the client. We may however ask clients to provide references to their competitors.
