Cleanroom Testing, Certification and Validation
HiTech Testing and Validation Services are used by cleanroom and laboratory professionals throughout the United Kingdom to prove their facilities comply with the various regulations. We also carry out general environmental testing and surveys for health and safety inspections and provide reports on the effectiveness of general air conditioning and ventilation systems.
We have calibrated instruments for the accurate measurement of temperature, relative humidity, moisture content and dewpoint; air velocity, air volumes, air quality; airborne particle counting; lighting levels; fluid flow rates and much more.
Continuous environmental condition monitoring and data logging can be achieved using stand-alone recorders or we can use our bespoke HiTech Data Logger Software when a HiTech control system is used to operate the facility which makes mapping of a complete facility a simple exercise.
We test and validate cleanrooms and laboratories, laminar flow workstations, fume cupboards and wet benches; fume and dust extraction systems; general air conditioning systems and general ventilation systems. We also carry out evaluation testing of existing systems and report on their condition and performance.
Whole building heating and cooling load analysis can be carried out either as part of an initial design or after the building has been erected to check compliance with the Building Regulations and to help correctly select the appropriate building services.
